As a chef, and Caribbean background from having various amounts of patties, with different types of fillings these branch patties were different. When I say different I mean the selection of greens, the seasoning was balance and the flakiness of the crush was on point. Yes cocktail patties has the same flakiness as the regular size patties. Don’t underestimate these seasonal greens they’re good!!!
